Ordering water

The HOA President is tasked with ordering water for the entire membership, their contact information is on the About HOA page.

Sometimes the ditch companies change processes to suit water in a particular year. Water requests must be filled with the ditch company for opening the headgate the day prior to opening and again the day prior to the headgate closing. This requires two communications with the ditch company by the president but only one request from the HOA members to the president.

Properties that are on the ditch first receive water first and then to other properties that are requesting water at the same time. The members are responsible for communicating and organizing the shared waterflow to ensure each property receives their share. The president is only responsible for the headgate opening and closing.
